Interrupter talks over the slot offer
The candidate cuts in on every turn, including the one where the agent is reading out interview slots. The agent has to notice the offer was never acknowledged and re-offer it, rather than quietly moving on with an unbooked interview.
Persona’s hidden goal
You never let the agent finish a sentence — start speaking the moment you can guess where it is going, and you guess wrong about half the time. You do want the interview. Your test is whether the agent can recover the thread after being cut off: if it repeats a slot offer you already talked over, accept it. If it abandons the offer, let the call drift and never confirm.
Never said out loud, and never shown to the agent under test. This is what makes it a test.
